“We didn't stay here, but we stopped by while dealing with a medical situation. There is no cell coverage in Big Sur. It was a busy long weekend. The staff were very helpful in letting us use their phone and office, despite us not being guests of the venue. Our presence, no doubt, caused a huge interruption to their day, but they were generous, kind, and supportive with a smile all along. The venue looked lovely. We'll definitely be stopping...”
